Sworn to save the world before bedtime, the Googie girl group recruit the footwear goliath for their latest admirable episode: super-powering the skate shoe selection of the fine folks of Townsville. Three playful colourways swoop in, each with a distinctive personality inspired by our pint-sized protagonists, The Powerpuff Girls. Prepare to get a taste of what ‘Chemical X’ can really do!
These shoes are sisters not twins, each sharing similar ingredients but separated by their individual colourway. Each shoe features a suede upper, topped with a tough, lenticular layer and hardy leather Swooshes, and an icy translucent outsole supporting a glossy black midsole, matching the thick-outlined art style of the show.
Sweet and sensitive is the “Bubbles” Dunk, secret ingredient: sugar. Dressed in a University Blue/Tour Yellow, the Bubbles Dunk is softer with playful primary colours but is just as strong as its sisters, accentuated by black piping that powers-up at night with reflective iridescence.
